Dr. Seuss

Do you like green eggs and ham?
Most of us did! Some even asked for seconds.  Two liked only the ham and one just liked the eggs.

After reading One Fish, Two Fish , Red Fish, Blue Fosh by Dr Seuss, we sorted our fish (rainbow goldfish) by the attribute of color and the counted and graphed how many we had. Then we made observations about the information on our graph.

Oobleck

We read Bartholew and the Oobleck. What is Oobleck you ask?  It is green slime that falls from the sky. We used the recipe from the book (actually we used cornstarch, water, and green food coloring-but the kids didn't know that) and made Oobleck.

Leprechaun Traps

All of the leprechaun traps turned out so cute!  We loved setting them out. Each student put their trap where they thought the best place to catch the leprechaun would be.

Dr Seuss Day

We loved wearing our PJs and celebrating Dr Seuss' birthday.

We had a yummy special snack.  We are The Cat in the Hat's hat 😊

We also traveled to Mrs. Irvin's class and
Read Daisy Head Mayzie and made cute hats!
